1. Workout 5 days a week and stay within my calories. Only 1 cheat meal a week. 2. Limit my alcohol intake to 2 glasses of wine, beers or cocktails a week. 3. Work on saving money for vacation in December. 4. Limit eating out. Bring lunch to work. 5. Make DH and I's relationship a priority. Lately it's like we are more of roommates then married.
1) Work out twice a week. 2) Get 5 things done on my to-do lists. (I figure I'll get more done but just in case this seems doable) 3) Initiate sex 5 times
1. Be more organized/set up a printer. 2. Eat more healthy snacks during the day. 3. Be more positive. Focus on what I have now rather than what we'd like in the future.
1. Finish cleaning the basement. I'm almost there! 2. Finally do sewing projects for my mom that I've been putting off for ages. 3. Cook dinner more often. 4. Eat fewer sugary foods.
@opal I'm also trying to work on that. It's been hard the past 4-6 months for me. Slowly but surely I'm becoming more content. It's so tough though! <3
