suzv I think ours will matter next week but who knows. I haven't decided which side to vote for though, since we have to choose dem or rep. I have opinions on both.
katie crap I thought I had enough choices. Sorry! Are you eligible to vote anywhere or would you have to move here?
I didn't. Honestly, I'm still torn about who I want to vote for, plus I didn't feel like it, lol. But really I just don't feel strong enough about any candidates to vote at the moment.

I have to say SS. When I registered last month in my city I choose the wrong party, and because the party I choose wasn't running I wasn't allowed to vote. I need to call city hall on Monday and asked to be switched to Unenrolled and then I can vote in Sept. This is one of the things I hate about MA, they don't make the parties you can enroll in clear. Unenrolled in MA means Independent, but when I first registered 9 million years ago in MA, Independent used to mean what Unenrolled means now, you can vote for any party running in the election.

Haha, no problem! I'm a Canadian citizen too, so I vote here. I'm not sure if I'm eligible to vote anywhere in the US, since I haven't lived there since I was 6. I know my mom can send in a ballot, but she moved out of the US when she was 28, so she was registered to vote for a long time before she moved.
I went to vote and the line was out the door, down the street, looped around the stop sign, and a little ways down that street. There is no way in hell in standing in that line with a hungry toddler. We went to chick fil a instead.
Honestly I don't really like any of the candidates anyways. I don't agree with democratic economic views and I don't agree with some republican social views- and we need major improvements on both. (Sigh)
