Not exactly vintage this morning, did try out the rosy cheeks of the 40s. At least that's what Pinterest said was a signature of that decade's make up.
pulled out sugar pop to start doing spring make up!
Face - SB primer, IT Cosmetics CC+, NYX HD finishing powder, Eyes - WnW Walking on Eggshells, SB full exp mascara Brows - ABH perfect brows cheeks - PF butter bronzer, Cargo blush in Los Cabos Lips - Kat VonD Studded Kiss in Magick
No vintage inspiration today but I just got a new cardigan so that was my inspiration Face- pores no more and fit me matte and pore less Eyes- trunaked pallette and luxie plum colored shadow from an ipsy bag, plum eye liner and Maybeline volume express mascara Cheeks- bronzer and blush from naked on the run pallette Lips- Milani in Sangria
I was looking at a bunch of vintage makeup pics last night, from the Gibson girls to Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly and Audrey Hepburn. This is what I came up with.
Usual BM face.
BM vintage peach blush plus a bit of Benefit Hulu on cheeks.
Lips: Butter London Old Blighty plus my UD F-bomb liner
Eyes: Virgin, Sin and Naked from N1
Black Cynthia Rowley liner on top and Nyx pencil in Milk on lower lashes
Lancome Hypnose Drama mascara
And I penciled the hell out of my brows with my Maybelline pencil. I do not normally try to distinctly line my brows, I just darken them a bit. Definitely trying something different here.
Eta: Goodness, my hair looks crazy. I pulled it out of my ponytail for the pic - it looks like the Garnier volumizing blow-out stuff I tried this morning is, uh, working.
