When we went almost 2 years ago this is how we felt:
MK- loved
AK- eh. It was okay? Everything seemed really spread out and there wasn't a whole lot to do. We liked Tusker House for lunch though. I didn't get to go on the safari bc I was pregnant but everyone else enjoyed it.
HS- It was good bc of the shows- we didn't do any rides. Now that DD doesn't like Disney Junior idk if it is worth going back?
EP- didn't go.
So now my question is what parks to go to next time. MK is a must. AK is a maybe? HS probably not? And since we haven't been to Epcot idk? We were also considering going to Sea World but I'm really against them using the whales in their shows. I had heard they were going to stop doing that though?

We really liked AK. We did do the safari which I thought was kind of neat. They kids really liked It's a Bug's Life and Dinosaur as well as the dinosaur themed playground. I also really appreciated how much LESS crowded it was than MK and even Epcot. We went in the middle of the week both times and it felt like a relaxing day in comparison.
I'm not as crazy about Epcot personally but it's my husband's favorite so it's always on the list.
I just went in January and we did 2 days at MK, and one day at each of the rest. With a 2.5 year old.
I didn't expect to love AK as much as I did. I think it was the fact that it was a less stressful day and we had beautiful weather, but we loved the Lion king show, Bugs Life show, meeting different characters. I think the food at AK is so good, different than the theme park food at MK. My kid really liked the safari and my DH rode Everest and still hasn't stopped talking about it.
I didn't love EPCOT with a young kid, but we admittedly didn't ride many rides or drink around the world.
MK & Epcot are my favorites & always have been. Kids or not, we find Epcot awesome. We love staying on the boardwalk b/c of the EP access.
At one point I would have said HS and then AK but lately it's flipped. I think in 5 years when everything is done at HS I'll like it more again but right now I'd even consider skipping it. We don't love fantasmic, I am not a thrill ride person. There are attractions I like, but overall meh.
MK is a classic and my most favorite. I do miss the old Fantasyland attractions.
Epcot needs some Future World updating, but I enjoy the park.
HS was never a favorite, but the expansion should be nice. I have been to DLP and HKD, both of which have Pixar elements, which are fun.
AK is designed by the same team that did our local zoo expansion, so it doesn't feel as exciting and different as the other parks. I love Everest, but not overly impressed with the park.
we adore MK. We spend over 50% of our trips there. We like AK more now as the kids get older. Hollywood studios has a lot of stuff we love but a lot we don't care for. we aren't big Epcot fans. We aren't big drinkers or really into food. We do enjoy walking the worldshowcase once each trip. Test track and soarin' will be fun once the whole family is tall enough (waiting on dd2!)

We love MK and on our two trips there (when DS was 3.5, and 4.5) that's where we spent the majority of our time.
AK is just okay, both times we only spent about a half day there and it was plenty, we love Tusker House though.
This last time we skipped HS, and I don't feel like we missed anything. On our first trip there it was only a half day park as well. Maybe now that DS is starting to get into Star Wars we might go on the next trip.

We LOVE MK and Epcot - they are always where we spend the most time.
AK is okay. We try to hop over for the Safari and a few other things but it's never a full day.
Same for HS - we always try to hit Toy Story, ToT, Rockin Rollercoaster, a few shows, and the Great Movie Ride because I'm sentimental and it's always one of my favorites.
MK is my all time favorite. We also really love Epcot and the world showcase. We had our wedding reception there so it really is a special place for us. AK and HS are just ok for us, but are really changing now that we have DD and she is obsessed with Disney Jr. I think we will really like them both once they are expanded and updated.

MK and HS are my favorites. Of the two, I think HS might even be my most favorite. I love the Star Wars stuff, mostly b/c it was so special for DH to do all of that with his kids as a life-long Disney fan. I also love the shows and Toy Story.
I am not crazy about AK. I find it hard to navigate, the safari to be mediocre, the zoo part to be lackluster, and just am not crazy about it. We'll probably skip it next time we go.
