I may have cooked a dozen things for my freezer, but I have no real plan for the week. I'm using this thread to force myself to pla it out. Join me?
Sunday: pork chops, quinoa, cranberries, asparagus Monday: ravioli in Alfredo sauce, spinach salad and shrimp Tuesday: ham and spinach quiche, fruit salad and banana pancakes Wednesday: Salsa verde pork carnitas and taco fixings Thursday: baked potato and chicken casserole, broccoli Friday: pizza and cold veggies
Sun - We grabbed take out burgers from a local place because it is what DD2 wanted for her birthday dinner. We had plans to go out, but she caught her big sister's cold from earlier in the week and was in no shape to deal with being in public.

How do you make your spicy Brussels sprouts?
Nothing fancy: Frank's Red Hot. I halve and quarter (the big ones), roast until really brown, take pan out of oven and shake out how ever much sauce/heat you want, mix it, then put it back into the oven to carmalize them more.
