I know there are a couple people here who have done/are doing this program. Has anyone also followed her meal plan? I got the app and am trying out the food, but holy shit, my grocery bill!
If you've done her workouts, but not the nutrition, what were you eating? What was a typical day for you?
3-4 clementine lil cutie oranges english muffin/egg/cheese sandwich (homemade) 100 calorie greek yogurt apple banana fish/chicken/protein of some sort and veggie and maybe some brown rice for dinner sometimes a protein smoothie or a cheese stick or a hard boiled egg or something along those lines maybe some carrots and dip or something like that too.
Its not a lot of food. I've been very restrictive while doing this and generally keeping calories around 1200 per day. But I've lost 17 pounds since January 4.
I do weekend cheat days (not all out cheats, but if I want a dessert then I have a dessert, that sort of thing).
Once the program is done (IE my SIL's wedding is done) then I'll probably still count calories but not as obsessively.
I've looked at her nutrition and it doesn't seem like enough calories!
This is what I've been reading when looking at reviews. I actually don't know how many calories it really is (I don't count - I get obsessive about it, so the macro thing is more relaxing and stress free for me), but she said it's close to 1600. I'm just about to dig into the afternoon snack, and I'm not super starved, but I also haven't worked out yet. After the cucumber and hummus, all that's on the books for the rest of the night is fish tacos.
I don't know how it can be so expensive to eat so little! I struggle with finding the right balance of eating too much or too little, and honestly, just want to follow a plan somebody lays out for me. I'm REALLY good at following directions. That's what appealed to me about this originally, but I don't think it's sustainable.
Quick question on the workouts, are the free ones on Pinterest the same as the ones you pay for from her site?
I found her whole guide on Pinterest.
They're also available for free on Scribd, that's where I originally read them. I'm in the 7 day free trial period for the app, after that it will be $19.99/month. We'll see if I keep it past that.

1600 would be fine if you weren't working out but seems too low if you are.
I also tend to get obsessive about nutrition and find that doing the same B/L/D and snacks for a week helps with that. That and getting most of our groceries from costco keeps our food costs down.
