Well it's not the most healthy but better than some other choices, I like a piece of whole wheat toast with peanut butter, sliced banana and a tiny bit of honey. The peanut butter and banana are pretty filling and it satisfies my carb craving I always get at night

Lately I've been having wheat crackers with goat cheese. I usually want something savory. If I want sweet I will chop up some nuts, a banana, and coconut flakes and pour coconut milk over it and eat it like cereal.
I've been doing Triscuits with cheese and pepperoni lately.
I know, I know, the sodium on the pepperoni isn't the greatest, but I go low sodium on everything else I eat throughout the day, and it makes me happy, dammit.
I eat s bowl of cereal. Usually special k with red berries or multi grain Cheerios. Sweet enough that it satisfies that craving, but not so bad that I regret it immediately (I'm looking at you entire box of Tagalongs!!).
Usually, unless we eat dinner especially late. I try to have a piece of fruit or something like a little packet of Trader Joe's almonds, cashews, and dark chocolate. Sometimes it ends up being cookies, but not most of the time.
-light and fit greek yogurt so many flavors for every mood and taste. -plain greek yogurt with stevia and a little fruit -seaweed snacks
I also like these ice cream bars and sandwiches made by enlightened. They are lower cal higher protein ice cream treats and pretty good alternative to really bad for you ice cream.
I stay up until 3:00 just about every night. That's just enough time for three of those drumstick cones or a couple of root beer floats. I'm all about the late night dairy.

I almost always have a snack, but it's rarely healthy. Currently I'm having a large ice cream cone. Last night and sleeve of girl scout cookies. I blame nursing appetite.
I used to, but right now I'm trying to follow the "eat all of your food for the day in 12 hours" rule, which cuts me off between 7:30 and 8. It's working out pretty well, mainly because I'm no longer getting horrible reflux every night, so I'm going to stick with it even though my natural inclination is to snack.
I try not too but most often I fail. And when I fail it's not with healthy stuff. I love ice cream but try to limit that to once a week. A small family owned grocery store near me makes these amazing homemade cheese spread/dips that I like on wheat thins - currently it's garlic cream cheese with feta mixed in. last time is was a ranch based dip with shredded cheddar mixed in. So good.
Also - when I was a kid we always called our bedtime snack "goodies" like "it's time for goodies" LOL I still call it that sometimes.
