Hey ladies, I know it's late in the evening for most of you, but it's only 8pm here.
I have lurked here and there to keep up to date on a few things. (Congrats amaranth)
A lot has changed since I have been away.
-DH quit his job and is going back to a job he had just over 4 years ago. (Landscaping) He has just been so unhappy at his job, I'm sad I didn't get counter tops for our kitchen before he left but o well. (Now I'm getting underground sprinklers, 5 trees/stumps removed, and the grass will be reseeded.)
-I've gotten the motivation to start on a huge todo list.
-I've written out a budget and I may get brave enough to post it on MM one day to get some advice on it.
-I've cleaned out my dresser and I had 2 wine boxes full of clothing that I donated to the dog rescue (they are doing a clothing drive for a fundraiser.)
-we've picked a date for our garage sale in April. I have managed to get 3 Rubbermaid boxes full of stuff to get rid of. (And I've only started on the kitchen.)
-I'm picking up more shifts at work lately to try and get our debt paid off as quick as possible
(The rest is TTC/loss related) -I naturally lost the baby last Thursday. (The 3rd) -my betas are almost back at 0, I have one more beta Monday. -I have an appointment with the RE on April 11th. -DH finally picked a day to get his SA done. (Because it has to be fresh he has to take time off to do it, he starts his new job Tuesday, so he has Monday off to do a whole bunch of stuff.) -all of our blood work that we did with the loss clinic came back normal (again) -I saw both my regular OB and the high risk OB and they both agree that this loss was probably a "normal" early loss. -I will still take the heparin/aspirin combo next pregnancy -since this loss I have absolutely no energy so I am having my iron tested to see if that's the cause
This got long fast.
I will be around, but the next few weeks are going to be busy so I may not be around a ton.
I am so heartbroken for your loss, awick14. I can't begin to imagine how frustrating it must be to not be getting answers. I hope you know that you and your H are in my prayers, and WC supports you no matter how often you post.
I'm so.sorry for all you guys have gone through and continue to go through. It's so unfair and I really hope the RE has some additional insight and can help you get your take home baby (or that the plan from the loss clinic works, assuming this was a "normal" early loss). I have been thinking of you and praying for you. Sending you lots of ((hugs)) and positive thoughts moving forward. I hope your DH is happier with his new job too! Happy to see you back here friend- I've missed you and we are all here for you!
I miss you friend!! awick14 sending you so many hugs!!! I pray you get the answers you need for your take home baby!!! I wish your DH the best of luck in his job changes as well!!!
((awick14)) I'm so sorry for your loss I hope your H is happier at his new job. My H is miserable in his current job and I would give anything to get him a job where he's happy. We also need our backyard landscaped so that would be a nice bonus!
I'm so sorry friend! Please take care of yourself! This post has so many great things too, you sound like you have lots of great encouraging changes going on! I hope the transition with hubby's job goes smoothly. I'm glad you'll be half back miss you!!
