Not good I gained 2 pounds. I didn't drink much water the first part of the week, ate out a ton (being out of town for 2 days didn't help) and only did boot camp once this week.

Did alright. Did dance class on Tuesday, softball on Wednesday, and yoga on Thursday, but I skipped some of my dance classes on Thursday night because I tweaked my hip in yoga. Boo.
Did pretty decently eating, too. I stuck to the lunches that I packed, didn't eat out at all (although I think we're going out tonight), and I had 1/4 of a homemade (reduced fat) pasticiotti (Italian pastry) last night as my only dessert for the week.

I did well! I worked out 2 days so far plus horseback riding. And I plan to work out again either today or tomorrow. I also started drinking more water this week and less soda.
Meh... I ran a few days and I'm trying to make smarter eating choices, but I started my period this week so I pretty much want to stuff everything in my mouth. I definitely need to drink more water... that is my goal for this weekend and next week.
Somehow my eating managed to be even worse this week. My running is improving though and I'm increasing my mileage well. I'm also hoping to climb on Sunday and miiiight be starting boxing classes on Saturday.

I did good. My eating was on target and I did get in 4 walks this week. I lost 1 pound. I am going out of town this weekend so I hope to have the willpower to not over eat and not drink to much. We will see.
Overall a really bad week for me so I am not going to contribute this time. I am getting comments from others that I am looking skinny these days. I haven't been eating much.
have not run all week-trying to recover (stupid ITBS) been eating wedding cake (yes, i know it's supposed to go in the freezer for a year, but I'm not waiting a year to eat it) did NOT eat healthy yesterday....McDonalds for lunch (haven't been there in ages) then used lots of bacon making DH's promotion dinner (bacon wrapped venison filets with portobello mushrooms in burgandy vinagrette and bacon wrapped scallops)

It's been a bad week. If you have seen my whining post you know that. In short, I missed several workouts. I'm ok to run *if* I can handle the pain per my doctor. I've at least walked this morning but still it hurt. I wouldn't have MRI results until next week. Then I can schedule the follow up with the surgeon. I have been consoling myself with pizza and ice cream (so not a good idea). Oh and I gained a lb. I only know this because of all the doctor visits and their scales.

I lost 2 1/2 pounds this week and 6 1/2 since we started doing the check ins!!!!
I've been focusing mostly on eating better, specifically staying away from bread and better planning in general. Next week I am going to see what happens if I go one week without sugar. With the exception of frozen yogurt this weekend with my son.

No sugar?? This is crazy talk!! On a serious note, I try to really watch the sugar DS eats to help with his ADD and once you start looking for it, you'll be shocked at how much is in EVERYTHING. Even milk!

Sorry I should clarify, I mean no foods that are basically "just sugar" like cake, cookies, ice cream etc. I'm still eating fruit and higher sugar vegetables, etc.

i suck at this. i don't eat much. once a day. i drink a lot of coffee to keep me going throughout the day. I've been drinking some beers the past few nights as well.... yeah i need to restart.
I only went to the gym twice this week. Too busy and working weird hours + it's closed this weekend because of Labor Day. Overall this month I lost 1 pound. My clothes are too big mostly and yet since the beginning of July, I only lost 12 pounds total. Who knows, maybe next week the scale we show that I lost another 11 pounds...
I also tried to stop eating dairy and it hasn't done anything for my constipation. I need to do more research on that.
