Slow here, so I'm going to attempt to pick it up a little bit.
Anything new and exciting?
We register for Kindergarten tomorrow, so the girls are both super excited. Plus we only have about 5 months of daycare bills left, so DH and I are super excited!

Hi! My babies are 9 weeks old. I think we've turned a corner on sleeping thanks to the baby straight-jacket swaddles. I'm breastfeeding but supplementing 1-2 bottles a day, which is a great compromise for me. DS is super proud of them and doing great as a big brother. Overall going better than I was expecting!
We're doing well, my kids are 16 months now and are walking and getting into everything!! They moved up to the Toddler room at daycare and are loving that.
Mine are 17 mos. I absolutely love this age. Going out to eat is hit or miss but we don't go out often. They also don't always want dinner which gets frustrating.
I'm glad the weather is nicer because they love being outside. We go on walks all the time or just play out on the deck. I can't wait for their vocabulary to explode. They babble a ton but we don't understand most of it.
Hi! Mine are 6 months old. DD is ready to be on the move. She is using rolling as a mode of transportation. DS is pretty content staying stationary for now.
We started solids a few days ago, which is really fun. They both seem to really like food.
Hi everyone! My boys are a little over 2 and are getting more and more fun every day! The warmer weather has been a lifesaver and we spend almost every afternoon at the park or riding our trikes. I'm so anxious for summer (I'm a teacher) and we can be lazy in the mornings. Haha. My boys are starting to say 3 and 4 word sentences, but still have lengthy conversations in their own language.

When did they start saying words? Mine only have a couple words we understand but babble all the time.
linz, oh man, I remember they only had about 7-10 words at their 18 month apt (mama, dada, bye bye, words like that) and my Pedi wasn't concerned but it was on my mind. I had decided to get them evaluated at 2 if they weren't speaking in 2 word sentences by then. I don't remember when exactly the language explosion happened but I do know it was closer to 2. Their talking has really taken off in the last 6 weeks or so, conversations, asking for stuff, saying sentences, etc. I'm certainly no expert, but I remember reading that twins tend to be slower in language. I think because they "talk" to each other that that's enough for them to be happy .

Checking in too, mine are almost 15 months and are such characters. Baby boy is wearing 2T clothing and our girl is starting to outgrow 12mo. So different! Both walk and say a few words and gestures. He falls right asleep at bed, she babbles for nearly an hour many nights. But still it is all easier than I expected coming into this two babies thing. I am a newish SAHM and am thankful we made that choice often. Not that I always love being on mommy duty all day, but it makes life so much easier. Grateful that it was an option we had. DD (8yo) is a great big sister I can't wait for the warm weather to return. A cold snap is upon us and we got used to going out.
Hi. I'm new to GBCN though I was an old Nestie. My boys will be 3 on May 11. DH and I also have an 8 year old daughter. They are in preschool and that is going well, although we do have some issues with behavior during rest time. We are attempting to potty train but we're not really trying that hard. Sometimes I ask if they want to go on the potty and they do. Other times they refuse and I don't push them. Patrick seems to use the potty more at pre-school and I think the teacher wants us to try harder at home. They are in diapers all the time. I bought pull-ups but they don't like them. I think I just need to get them underwear and deal with messes for a little while. We started PT my daughter when she was 2 and in about 4 months she was diaper free without daytime accidents. I feel bad that the boys aren't anywhere close to that. I keep waiting for them to decide on their own they want to use the potty.
