I said EOD but it really depends on my schedule. On days when I work outside the house/need to go somewhere and look presentable I wash it every day. On days I WFH or am just running errands I generally do not wash. Every once in a while I can stretch it to get 2 days of not washing.
I use Tresemme dry shampoo in between. But my hair definitely doesn't look good, it's in a ponytail and depending on the day, may look a little greasy, hence why I only do it when I'm bumming around.
Every other day. I don't shower every day thanks to my dry skin and hair unless I get really sweaty or something. I usually put it in a ponytail on my "off" day but that's mostly out of laziness!
Every other day or every three days. With my curls it's better not to wash too often. Second day hair usually is just fine, if I stretch it an extra day I use Suave dry shampoo.
Now that I have been working out more I have been showering more often. But I still try and wash my hair only EOD. My hair dries out much faster the more I wash it.
2x a week. Usually Wednesday night and Sunday morning. My hair doesn't get greasy- it's super thick. I do shower every day though, and just keep my hair piled on top of my head for the shower.

tacocat I need ideas too! Ponytails are getting boring, lol. When it gets longer I'll probably start doing a bun with spin pins again (they work pretty well!). I used to occasionally braid it but my hair isn't long enough for that now. I attempted a braid with my "bangs" and that didn't go so well, lol.
If it isn't too dirty/staticy/messy and I have time sometimes I straighten it. But that's rare!
estrellita I tried a bun the other day and it was not cute. I've looked at Pinterest, but a lot of those ideas are braids and I think my hair is too thin for that. I might try the sock bun thing. What are the spin clips you've used?

They are the Goody spin pins. I just twist my hair, then spin it into a bun, and use one clip going down and one going up. They hold pretty well! It's basically so you don't have to use lots of bobby pins. I'm hair dumb so if I can use these anyone can! Lol

That's pretty much my reasoning as well. I don't have any issues with how my hair looks on day two, I just wear my hair as is. Now that it's short it may be down more, previously it was always half up. Day 3 though, ugh.

I love these. My hair is too short to use them right now, but they're awesome for a quick updo that isn't a ponytail.
tacocat, re: braids. Use the dry shampoo on your hair closer to the ends to give your hair some texture. Or even some texture powder (like Big Sexy Hair Powder Play). Braid your hair, and rub the braid between your hands just a little. I also lightly tug on the sides of the braid to make it appear even thicker.

I try to go 4-5 days without showering/shampooing. I do exercise a lot, so if needed, I'll rinse with just water, or sometimes just conditioner. I try to use shampoo once a week. If I need to shower but don't want to wet my hair, I'll throw on a shower cap, which I do often after workouts.
Sometimes by day 4, I'll throw in some dry shampoo for some volume. I'm currently using Bumble and Bumble's dry shampoo.
I have thin hair, but currently have in extensions, so it's much thicker. It's easy enough to just flat iron in the morning and go :-P Sometimes, I'll wash and toss it up in a bun with my hair donut (similar to sock bun I'm assuming). Then when I take it out, it gets all wavy :-) Otherwise, I'm pretty boring and leave it down, or if it's looking not so good up top, I'll throw in a headband ;-)

I'm at the gym Mon - Thurs, so I wash it every other, except if I've had a an exceptional sweating work-out. In between I use a dry shampoo, usually what is ever on clearance at TJ Maxx.
