There was a tragedy in Ireland last week that I only read about today, and it really upset me. I don't think it needs to be linked because there's nothing to discuss and it will only upset people. But it's hanging over me all day.
I know vague posting is as bad but I needed to write it down.
“With sorrow—for this Court, but more, for the many millions of American women who have today lost a fundamental constitutional protection—we dissent,”
I made pizza dough last night using nothing but Greek yogurt & self-raising flour.
I think this is my new favorite recipe.
Also, it's supposed to snow today. As much as I hate snow, I'm kind of hoping for a snow day.
Did you get that recipe from Food Network Magazine. They had a 50 recipes for yogurt pullout this month, and I saw it in there. I hope to try it next week.

Buncrana?
ETA: Yea, that was awful.
For anyone else, it's serious trigger. So google at your own risk.

I did!
It was really good. But I'd recommend baking it a little before putting it in the oven. I put the toppings on raw dough and it got a tiny bit soggy on top.

Thanks for the tip.
I made the fried chicken from that booklet using my AirFryer. It was tasty.
I saw quite a few recipes I wanted to try, the curry spinach, cilantro lime dip, and a few more.

I love that magazine.
How do you like the Air Fryer? I've been thinking about getting one.
I just went outside to brush some snow off my shrubs, which are suffering mightily. Now I'm cuddled back on the couch with my dog thinking I should work before we lose power and internet. Eh.
We lost power for a couple hours just after I wrote this.
I'm considering walking to the convenience store on the corner for tortilla chips. I might be out of bread, cheese, eggs, milk, fruit and veggies but I have emergency Velveeta and Rotel.
It stopped snowing up here a while ago. However, the north facing street lights are covered in snow. Instead of proceeding with caution, people are just flooring it and going. Fuck everyone.

So tired - I have worked too much this week, fought with DH, have to work out of town again tomorrow now, and don't have my work done for today. Plus I love that a former president used the word "dingleberry" in a serious call today. I don't think he knows what that actually means.

I love Andy Borowitz: "Trump's threat to expose some embarrassing things about Heidi Cruz is laughable when she has already admitted to being married to Ted Cruz."
I'm supposed to have some money in "unclaimed" funds now with the state from an old workman's comp policy. I couldn't find mine but I found $329 for my brother.
