I looooooove the nursing dress I still have by Japanese Weekend. I had a few by JW that were maternity-to-nursing, but only one from that stash still looks normal on me now that all the baby weight is off. I was actually just looking at it today and wondering if I can get away with continuing to wear it post-nursing.
I have also nursed in Patagonia's Margot dress. I have a sleeveless summer one and one with 3/4 sleeves for other seasons.
I think Boob also makes dresses, but I've only had shirts by them. The shirts were great, good quality.
No advice on the tanks. I had a bunch of cheap tanks from Target that I would not recommend and 1 Bravado nursing tank.
I have a Boob dress and it is awesome, I wore it during pregnancy and then pp and still today..... so I have been wearing it for 2 yrs and I basically wash it every time I wear it and it is great quality it looks brand new, I wish I had bought a second one or a Boob top but I was in France at the time and they were hard to find and very $$.
Otherwise I love the Undercover Mama nursing tanks on Amazon- you have to wear a shirt over them so I wear button ups or even t-shirts or other tanks on top of them. They are also good quality I had 3 but I could would have been fine with just 2.
I have nursed DS much much longer than DD, so after awhile I got sick of nursing specific tops and just wore stretchy tanks and pulled the tops down, I like some from Lucy called the Core Up Tunic. It is low-cut and stretchy enough to nurse easily, and with a cardigan you won't feel totally exposed.
My Bravado tank was the worst quality of all my nursing tops (as were the Motherhood Maternity ones which I only used the first month pp when I didn't leave the house very much) and wore-out quick (color faded) and it made my boobs look terrible.
Last time I wore ON tami tank tops with a nursing bra underneath and a regular shirt overtop. Shirt up, pull neck of tami down, unclip bra.
Same. And as for nursing bras, Cake makes some fantastic ones. I didn't know they made nursing tanks. If DS wasn't 15 months already, I'd buy one today.
As for dresses, that's all I usually wore to work, even though I pumped. Many of ON maxi dresses have the same stretchy top as their tami tanks, so I wore a lot of them. I also wore button down shirt dresses from the Loft and Target. I would just undo the top buttons to nurse or pump.
I'm the same size as you. Last time, I got a bunch of the target nursing tanks. I wore one everyday for the 20months that I nursed. They are not super supportive but I don't have a lot to support. I always wore a shirt over them. I had 2 white ones, 1 gray, 1 black, and 1 navy blue.
I also NIP but don't like my upper chest exposed. I have a few short sleeve button up cardigans to wear over maxi dresses so I could pull those up to cover or I would throw a burp cloth or muslin blanket just over my chest, not over the baby just to cover my boob.
I had a bunch of cheap target nursing tanks - seriously like 8. I usually wore nursing pads and those helped provide a little nipple coverage since the tanks are a little thin.
I couldn't find nursing tanks that I really loved, so I did what some others have done--tank top with a nursing bra underneath. I got a ton of the seamless bisou bisou camis from JCP and i love them. Inexpensive and the necks havent stretched out after 2 babies
I loved the Bravado tanks and I also wore nursing bras under regular tanks and just pulled them down. I also have a Covered Goods cover for when I nurse in public.
I have 1 Bravado nursing tank, and maybe 4 Target nursing tanks. I don't love any of them. The Bravado one is too short, and the Target ones provide approximately no support. I wore them when I was at home on maternity leave, but the Target ones are not suitable for being out in public. I wear them to sleep and at home on the weekend.
Now I'm mostly wearing nursing bras with either the Undercover Mama nursing tanks, or stretchy Jockey cami's that are not "nursing" tanks but are stretchy enough to pull down and pull back up easily without getting misshapen.
For NIP, I prefer to just throw an A&A blanket over my shoulder and drape strategically. Hobbes doesn't like having a cover over her head (which I understand), and that works for us.

I live in the Target Gillian whatever nursing tanks. I don't have a lot to support - I'm a B/C as well. I'm tall and I find them to be long enough. I either wear a shirt over it and lift it up or a cardigan if I'm feeling fancy. I also wear them to work so I can just pop the flap down and put my pumping bra on without stripping down.
For smaller chested women I can't recommend the H&M nursing tanks enough! I loved them and they are sold in 2 packs for like $25 or $30! I actually have some I need to get rid of but they are S & XS. I was a solid C cup while nursing and they were great!

Ditto! I have a ton of them and live in them (still on ML). I anticipate continuing to wear them under my regular clothes when I go back to work since I don't need a ton of support.
