Are you having issues with the App right now? For the last 2 days I have been having issues with the App not syncing(currently at 12 hours and it won't sync) and when it finally does the low battery icon comes on. I replaced the battery yesterday morning, tracker has synced only twice since then but the icon comes on each time it does. I have done a couple soft resets which makes the icon go away but it doesn't fix the syncing issue. Just trying to figure out if it is an issue on their end or mine.
This happened to me a few weeks ago, but after a day it went back to normal on its own. Maybe try calling the customer service line? A co-worker said they have really good customer service. I have the UP3 FWIW.
Have you tried restarting your phone? I didn't have that exact issue, but whenever I did have syncing issues, that usually worked.
ETA: How do you like the Move otherwise? My UP3 is literally falling apart, and I don't know that I want another one since it'll have the same problem eventually. Apparently my normal use is too much for the wristband.

I really like it. It drains batteries really fast though. They say they will last 4-6 months but I got mine for Christmas and am on my 3rd battery, the first one only lasted a month. I clip in on my bra strap during the day and have a wrist band I wear at night for the sleep tracker. It seems to be very accurate. I also like that you can see you progress even without your phone
