1. TTC #2 since October 2015. 2nd cycle after a chemical pregnancy. CD24/10dpo.
2. Yes. Probably too early but I can't help myself.
3. I feel very pregnant. So tired and irritable, with sore boobs and nausea. I'm fully aware that my body likes to mess with me, though, so I'm not getting my hopes up. EDIT: not pregnant. Temp dropped this morning and spotting.
4. Not advice, and certainly won't apply to everyone, but I found something a couple of months ago that says "God says be still and know, not freak out and wonder." I've tried to make that my mantra through all this.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #2 since August 2015 with a few months break in there. It's been an up and down year for us in this department. I had an early miscarriage in November, and was told to wait a cycle by my OB. I ended up dealing with a heart arrhythmia issue in January that resulted in going on medication and then having a procedure done to treat my condition in February. Long story short, I am now med free and ready to start TTC again after getting the all clear from my doctor last week. I should be getting my period this weekend and we will get things going again this cycle.
2. Testing this week? Nope
3. Any AW's, hair pats, randoms? It's been a struggle these last few months, but it's made me realize how much I want a second baby. I struggled with PPA and at times was on the fence about having a second, but this really opened my eyes to what I want for our family long term. DH feels the same way.
4. What is the best piece of advice you have gotten (TTC or otherwise)? Use the 3 month rule when something is upsetting you. In 3 months, is this something that will still be affecting you? If not, it's most likely something to deal with and move on from.
Hugs ridethelightning . @wibs, you have been through so much in the last few months. I hope things get easier for you going forward.
1. TTC #1 since 2/14, 2 losses 2. Nope. 2WW for me. 3. We did Clomid +HCG + TI this month, and I think H and I are both glad that we survived and don't need to HIO tonight 4. My dad always says, "Life is just a series of choices." I remind myself of that often. (obviously not EVERYTHING is a choice, but a lot of what we worry over is choices)
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC#2, Cycle 1, CD6
2. Testing this week? Nope
3. Any AW's, hair pats, randoms? We hadn't been using protection since DD was born, then visited a known Zika area so we used backup for 8 weeks, and now we are officially into the game. It took 15 months to conceive DD and she is now 6 months old.
4. What is the best piece of advice you have gotten (TTC or otherwise)? This is hard, I feel like I usually have people wanting to give me bad advice, lol.
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #2, waiting for CD1 after a MC
2. Testing this week? just a blood test
3. Any AW's, hair pats, randoms? My HCG dropped from 900 to 300 so one more week and it should be zero and we can move on.
Also my NT scan was supposed to be a week from today trying not to think about that.
4. What is the best piece of advice you have gotten (TTC or otherwise)? a little mantra I try to tell myself is worrying doesn't change the outcome. Sometimes I believe it
1. Where are you in your journey? TTC #1, Cycle 8, CD19/2DPO
2. Testing this week? Nope
3. Any AW's, hair pats, randoms? I ended up O'ing two days earlier than expected, and I'm not too sure on timing (O-2 days and O day)...I've been so tired the last few days and H was sick, so we didn't try as much as we'd have liked. Oh well, on to the next month.
4. What is the best piece of advice you have gotten (TTC or otherwise)? Someone told me that my future kid is so special that god hasn't finished making him/her yet. I'm not at all religious and kind of rolled my eyes when I first heard it, but when I switched "god" with "the universe" it really made me feel a lot better.
1. TTC #1, cycle 1 after back to back losses. CD15.
2. I hope to get a positive opk today or tomorrow. All other signs point to the timing being right and I typically o on CD15.
3. konapoppy Your comment about relief at not having to HIO made me laugh - we've been married 10 years and daily sex has never been our norm. I just ordered some racy lingerie. DH won't care less, but it'll make me feel better!
4. Best advice? "Eat dessert first." That's followed closely by "Never miss an opportunity to use a clean bathroom when traveling - you don't know when you'll find another!"
konapoppy - My fingers are crossed that this medicated cycle is it for you.
PatBenatar The waiting is so hard. I hope your next cycle starts soon. I'm usually a pretty emotionally detached person, and it took me more than six weeks post mmc before I didn't have to fight tears when I thought about it. Hugs to you, especially with the upcoming scan date.
