I hurt my back this morning doing dead lifts at crossfit. It hurts so bad. I hate being injured. I really want to workout. Thanks for listening to me wine. Boo

That's what I'm doing now. Not sure if it's helping. If I have trouble sleeping the next two nights I'll go to the walk in clinic Sunday when I have time to get some good drugs.
Oh no!!! I am so sorry. Being sidelined when you actually want to work out is such a bummer. I haven't done a deadlift all summer with my wrist, and I miss them. Hope you are back in the game soon!
