I like that a lot! I am very similar to you bodywise and would wear that if I could find a bra that worked.

Or you could get one that criss-crosses in the back and secure the straps to the dress with fashion tape.

We have similar measurements. I wore this one to a wedding last year. I wore the size 8 and I did have to pin the middle of the boob part with a safety pin. The 6 would have fit me better everywhere else but the top was too tight around the rib cage. Otherwise the dress was amazingly comfortable for my midsection - no spanx!  I am only 5'4" though so it would be a little shorter on you. I personally thought it was a little too long for me so it would work out better for you.
