Target RedCard processing time?

I routinely receive Target deliveries before they debit my checking account.

It used to take 3-4 days for the transactions to show as pending in my account.

Then they started showing as pending the next day.

Then there was a couple week period recently where they didn't show up for 5+ days.

Now it's back to pending the next day.

I have also had them not charge my card until something has shipped

I HATE shopping online with that card. Usually it isn't charged until the item is shipped and sometimes it still takes forever. 

I one time bought a few things online and they charged me like 4 different times, and they were just random amounts. Not what each item cost.
