Work Goals? Nothing specific, just get stuff done
Personal Goals? Working on finding rentals and scheduling some viewings, which is way harder than it should be! I also need to make a haircut appt for when I am in NJ in a few weeks.
Health/Nutrion Goals? I think I'm going to initiate the cancellation of my gym membership. I'm finding it harder to go (between body hurting and being busy) and it's not going to get any easier...and if we move, I'll be cancelling anyway.
HoneySpider I am a huge advocate for Be.ach B.ody fitness DVD's. Easy to follow and do from home. (Periods inserted because I don't want to attract the BB trolls. ha!)
Personal: Finish up my sewing refashion projects. General cleaning.
Health: Try to work in smaller meals and snacks. Find an exercise routine with cardio that doesn't cause injury (Jillian Michaels & I are having issues).

Turbo Fire is a good DVD program that has someone showing "low impact" versions of each exercise. It has good cardio elements too. (I swear I'm not one of those MLM Beach Body coaches...I just do a lot of their programs.)
Work: Does being a SAHM count as work? lol. If so, I need to make sure M watches less TV! It's just so much easier to have him distracted while I take care of L!
Personal: I need to do more for myself and tell H what I need. I've been feeling resentful a little lately, and all it would take to fix it is a conversation.
Health: Stop eating so much junk! Last week I ate chocolate, ice cream, a donut, and apple crisp in ONE DAY. OMG. Not huge quantities of each, but that is gross. Also make sure to go on walks every day, because it's supposed to be nice all week!
Work: Get through my to do list. It seems to get longer every day rather than shorter, and I need to get myself caught up somehow.
Personal: Get to my niece's birthday party this weekend. I know that my anxiety is goi g to flare and I'm going to try to talk myself out of it, but I want to do everything I can to get there.
Health: I need to start remembering to eat lunch. I get to focused at work that I miss lunchtime altogether, and it's not at all healthy. I can't afford to miss meals.

We have it once a month. We needed to move it to twice a month. But we can't convince senior leadership! We were doing it twice a month before my maternity leave.

They are definitely exhausting! I'm always ready for the day to be over by lunchtime. lol.
We're in the process of moving from once a month to twice a month. We had one yesterday, and we have another next week.
katespade I'm trying to send the word up that we need it bi-monthly. Unfortunately, many people higher than me are married to the monthly idea....ugh. We had a MUCH easier time with it twice a month.
My therapist called and offered me an appointment for tomorrow (I've been on the cancellation list). Instead of ignoring the message or turning them down like I wanted to, I called them back and accepted the appointment.
