I'm standing in an extremely long and unorganized line to vote. I've been here for ten minutes and it's barely moved. So irritated that my state a) enacted voter id laws (it slows down the process) and b) only opened one quarter of the normal polling places.

I voted last week, but my H is going this morning and taking DD with him because she wants to go "vote for Cwinton." I'm trying to get his ass out the door because I'm betting there's going to be a decent line.
Our polling place is supposed to open at 7. At 7:25 DH texted me to complain that they still hadn't opened the polling place to vote. He was in a long line of angry people when it opened at 7:30.
I had big plans this morning to vote early with DS1. Then I woke up overnight totally sick. So I'm hoping to go mid-afternoon. DS1 is super excited to vote for Clinton. He thinks this means she becomes president right away. And he may get to vote for her in both Delaware and PA today since I think my mom is taking him with her to vote too.
I voted in CT. I took my girls with me and they thought it was super boring, lol. I tried to impress upon them the importance and how I was voting for someone who could be the first girl to be President, but they're 4, and didn't care. They weren't even impressed with the stickers.
We had no line, and I was in and out. The only thing that I'm very WTF about is that we got two mailers that both listed one voting location on the front (Voting location for this household is ABC) and a different location on the back (Voting location for this household is XYZ). I let the lady in charge know and she said no one else had mentioned that. The mailers are both from the town, not from any candidate or political group.
I'm supposed to vote after work. With the children for MAXIMUM FUN.
however I might be working late? I dont' even know.
also I still haven't figured out who I want to vote for for any of our down ballot stuff. I'm the worst. Apparently even our Board of Ed positions are contentious this year.
Voted about an hour after polls opened, there were a few people going in and out. Easy and fast (and thankfully the guy gave a sticker to my DD too, I hate having to share mine!). She said that she wished that Hillary was there so she could shake her hand.
I'm definitely a little nervous about the CT results, but it might just be that Sanders supporters are more vocal on FB.
Voted in CT this morning and was in and out super quickly. Besides me and my kids, there were crickets and senior citizens because the place was pretty dead.
My almost 5 year old DD was very excited to vote for a "girl president," as she says. On the way out, she decided to proclaim loudly "I hope Hillary Clinton wins!" The old guy walking behind us said, "I do too and I'm a registered Republican!" Lolz
I'll be honest I did tear up a little that I was able to show my daughter my vote for the possible first female president. Hopefully by the time she is my age it will not be such a novelty.
I'm pretty sure that in our state, the primary polling place has to be the same as your normal polling place for regular elections.
I'm in CT too, they change based on availability because of school (or other reasons) if necessary. Mine changed from the local HS to the Middle School.
Question for the CT voters - do your polling places have separate ballot machines for Republican and Democrat? I saw one Bernie supporter say the Democrat machine was broken at his place and the Republican machine working fine (which somehow translated into being a fix by the DNC). Ours just uses the same machine for everyone so I was wondering if it was common to separate by party or some weird thing that town did.

Ours were paper ballots (a separate one for each party) that you put in the scanner, I didn't notice if there was a scanner on the Republican side of the gym or if they put theirs in the same one.
I was ballot #50 at my polling place (Maryland) at 7:45 am. I liked the paper ballot so much better than the weird computer stuff. But, like bellejar, it surprised me.
PA voter here. I was #360 at 11 AM, which is pretty good for my polling place. It's as crowded as I've ever seen it outside of presidential elections. They said turnout was brisk and there was a long line at 6:45 AM (polls opened at 7 AM).
There was also a woman outside ranting about "the establishment" and how they don't want you to find which delegate is voting for whom at the convention. And a man in the lobby whispering, "Make America great again"

#clintonconspiracy
My FB group of liberals in OK has gotten weird. People posting all the Bernie conspiracy BS and other people being like, "Dudes, put your tin foil hats away. Nothing will ever get better if we divide." I am happy to say the anti-tin foil hats have gotten more vocal lately. THANK GOD, sanity is beginning to return.

Yeah, that's how ours is! I didn't think it mattered which scanner the ballot went in but I admittedly don't know for sure.

Ours had one machine. They had separate tables for D and R to look you up and then you were given either a blue or red token which you then handed in to get the appropriate ballot. After that, everyone was mixed in the gym for filling them out and scanning them.

Oops, I guess our town paper just phrased it oddly because they made it seem like they had to be the same. I guess we were just lucky because I think it is confusing to switch them around.
My DDs school was actually still open today. They had the voters in the main lobby and routed all the students to a side entrance.

I'm looking at the 538 polling because, why not? I really want this to be a Clinton sweep to throw some water on the "Berning." (That was painful to type.) But it looks like Rhode Island will go for Bernie (not surprising, demographically, and not a ton of delegates) and Connecticut is VERY close. Apparently there is one Delaware poll that shows Clinton winning, but, who knows. It is nice that the two most delegate rich (Pennsylvania and Maryland) are polling double digit Hillary wins.
So any predictions today? Berners are hoping for a Michigan miracle in Pennsylvania today. Likelihood of that?
