How expensive is it? I'm a new convert to vinylux (only 1 chip on my wonky nail after painting Thursday, and I've scrubbed dishes, cleaned grout, washed my hair...) but it's not cheap.
I've been wanting to try Vinylux, but the instructions say you don't use a base coat, just color and top coat. Without using a base coat, have your nails started yellowing? That is the only thing that has kept me from buying it.

I've only used it twice so far, so I don't know for sure, but I haven't seen any yet and reviews say it's not an issue. It dries really fast, so I wonder if that's part of why. I don't think it seeps down into your nail, it just coats it and hardens.

I just bought a bunch of Vinylux on Amazon; I got 2 colors and a bottle of top coat for $18, free s/h. It's also on eBay for like $6-7 a bottle, sometimes with free s/h.
