Does anyone have recs for comfy flip flops? They don't have to be super cute but don't want them to be super hideous. Comfortable enough to walk the dog around the block. I don't think my ON $3 deals are cutting it anymore... TIA!
Rainbows. I will forever rec Rainbows until my dying day. You have to break them in a little, but once you do, you'll never look back.
Everyone talks about their love for Rainbows. Which Rainbows do you have?
PP- Not sure if you're looking for casual vs. nicer ones, but if you're going for casual, my Reef Sandy flip flops are my go to. The footbed on the Sandys are the best. Zappos carries them, as well as my local Macy's.
Rainbows. I have about 5 pairs. I have a pair of double soled regular strap ones and a couple of pairs of the single sole ones. I am just about to buy another pair of double soled thin strapped ones.
Like pp said, it takes a little bit to break in but once they do, they are the most comfy ever. They mold to your food. I could wear my double soled Rainbows to Disneyland all day and my feet would be great. I wear my single soled ones with dresses and skirts.
I usually get them at the Rainbow factory store but I am going to get my next pair at Nordstrom since I am nowhere near the factory store right now. I would get the mediums. I wear an 8 and I can still fit into the mediums, they are a bit short so I am going to get the large (women's) this time but for you a medium should fit perfectly.

Reefs are the most comfy to me. I just had to buy a new pair b/c I was walking around Key West mile after mile in my "cute" flat sandals and my feet KILLED me.
I don't know exactly what ones I ended up with, but they're solid brown with canvas straps. I have some black with canvas straps too and they're extremely comfortable. I prefer them over my Rainbows.
Reefs. I've had my current pair for about 2 years now (I'll be getting new ones the next time I go shopping) and I wear them everywhere. They are more comfortable to walk in than my tennis shoes.

I like my Reefs that look like PP's Slap 2 ones, but are called Stash and have a secret compartment. I keep a house key and a $20 in them for emergencies. I also like my Clark's that are similar to these but no longer made since they are 6 years old and look like new.
Hey, wedding shoes don't count. You're talking to somebody who mananged to get 5 years out of a pair of $10 target flip flips, so it's possible I'm just not gonna get it.
I'll spend that much on running shoes or heels. And I'll spend way more than that for good boots. But I expect all three of those things to have arch support, leather and/or fancy materials of other sorts, complicated construction, etc that justify the price.
They are durable and leather and mold to your feet. The crystal ones are really expensive but the regular ones are a bit less. Still expensive but they do last a long time. I have Target flip flops too but I have never gotten the wear out of them as my Rainbows. They are just thick and the bottoms provide arch support and more cushion than most. Reef has some leather flip flops that are comparable but cost around the same. They are just really durable and when you cost out the price with how long they last, they really are not that expensive. You get what you pay for with some things and Rainbows are one of them.

Are there cute rainbows? I looked at some at Nordstrom yesterday and they were plain brown (not even a rich dark brown) and black. They looked like something Jesus would wear. Which is fine, but not the look I'm going for.

I just started wearing Sanuk flip flops. The footbed is made of yoga mat, and they are super comfy. I prefer them to Rainbows, and they are like $30ish.

Another vote for Reef. I have some like these, with a little cushion/contour and I think that little bit of support makes a huge difference. I have black and dark brown and they are great for errands, park, dog walking...
