Ugh, Saturday I did a run, did a walk (carrying a 70+ pound kid for quite a while) but then drank too much which added way too many empty calories. Drinking a lot more water this weekend, so that's a positive!
I also jacked up my foot, so that will make exercise a little difficult....boooooooo
This week, I'm going to need to really stay on top of the food I'm putting in my mouth, especially if I can't work out.

Meh, not great. Ate a pretty reasonable amount, although more than I do during the week. Had quite a few drinks on Saturday night, don't remember on Friday night, but I probably had a couple, and had a couple last night. Didn't exercise.
Weight is still the same, though I was really happy with how well I ate at the renaissance faire. I had the new turkey wrap. Turkey and lots of veggies. It was delicious.
I stepped on the scale this morning to see the aftermath of my awful week, hoping to no gain more than 2lbs. Turns out I lost a little tiny bit of weight.
I worked out like 3 times last week and ate pretty much crap on the weekend. I need to stop feeling like such a failure when I don't work out the way I used to. 3 work outs per week are not awesome but its not that bad.
Oh and I failed my tennis evaluation so I will have to take the level again. Who fails something like that :-( ?
Not good. I pigged out at the lake on booze and junk food Saturday and Sunday. Yesterday I was much better and got back on track with eating about 1,400 calories and had an hour long session at the gym.
Sidenote: I've been working REALLY hard on my legs and when I was in my bikini this weekend my aunt complimented me on them. She said "I'm really jealous of your legs". It made me feel great!

It made me realize that I need to give more compliments to other people. It feels so nice to hear something like that! That's awesome! I had someone on Friday night ask me if I'm a runner --I was wearing shorts at the time. I wanted to kiss her!

This weekend went exactly as I had planned it! Went to yoga for the first time in forever on Saturday and it was awesome!! Ate according to plan, and had only one treat Saturday night (Frozen yogurt, yum!)
Got rid of some pants in my closet that are too big now and tried on some of my older clothes that fit now!! So exciting!!
I had good moments and bad moments. I finally re-joined a gym and went to a yoga class. I did a lot better than I expected to, but holy shit my abs hurt the next day! I'm gonna try to go to another class tonight, but a nap might win out. I didn't sleep well last night.
I also finally signed up for MFP. Did you know you get calorie credits for cleaning? Scrubbing toilets finally has a pay-off! I've quickly realized that I'm pretty good at keeping to my calorie counts but my quality of calories sucks. I need more veggies in my life.
