Do you rent use of or have a commercial kitchen? Do you use those mega mixers & ovens? I know my friend who sells cupcakes rents use of one but she doesn't bake daily I don't think. I designed a wholesale bakery years & years ago Do you actually bake daily or do you rotate...bake, pack, ship, etc on different days? Where do you buy your supplies (food)? How much do you do retail vs. shipped direct to customer?
