i started with Jillian Michaels "beginner shred" and then worked up to 30 day shred. i liked them because i could modify easier if i needed to, and it was done in 30 minutes.
I really loved doing PiYo (mix of Pilates and yoga). It's a Beach Body product (ugh), but my H and I both loved it and saw great results. Workouts vary 20-50 minutes (only one is over 50, I think). You can buy it on Amazon without going through a coach, so you don't have to worry about getting bothered again.
T25 by shaun T. I really only like the ab work out one.
I also like youtube yoga videos. It's low impact. "Do you even yoga" or something stupid. Their 30 day yoga challenge is perfect. I take classes now. but I've stumbled upon a few good videos. The way instructors talk is a big deal to me.
I have a major crush on Shaun T and pretend that his boyfriend isn't in his workout videos. his abs... I mean... personality makes me weak in the knees.

I second fitness blender. I'm on day 9 of their low impact program, and it's still quite the workout. I think it was like $10, and all videos can stream through YouTube.
