We are having.... Burgers with bacon, onions, and blue cheese (for B) Chicken sausages (for me) baked chips Corn on the cob asparagus some fattening potato salad and or Marconi Salad
Dessert is angel food cake with strawberries and fat free whipped cream....YUM
I have steaks marinating that I am planning to have with roasted red potatoes, asparagus, and green beans. However, DH and I did not eat lunch until 3:30 so I have no idea when we will be hungry. I might save it for tomorrow.

We were going to have pork with a cherry and chocolate sauce (sounds desserty, but it's savory) but it got started too late so we're having grilled cheese. Pork tomorrow!

Rachel Ray's 4-Minute Shrimp (which was does indeed take 4 minutes, after I spend 20 minutes peeling and deveining the shrimp) - over Trader Joe's Harvest Grain Blend - with a zucchini / squash side.
Eggplant parm made with Pecorino Romano so Eggplant Pecorino Romano? I fried the eggplant first which I usually don't do so it will come with a side of heart attack.

4 egg whites scrambled with salsa and onion, 2 slices of reduced calorie wheat toast and a 1/2 cup of cottage cheese (I'm on my pre surgery diet so this was my one "REAL" meal for the day. LOL.
Currently making chili on the stove so I have food for the week. I ate Mexican (a chicken chimichanga) really late so probably won't eat much else tonight.

currently, baby carrots. I had some fresh rolls (with tofu) at about 5, so I'm not super hungry. At some point i'll dig into some LO pizza (tomato & double pineapple).
