I'd ask the DC boards, I'm sure there's someone around here who does it! And I might ask you for the rec, though I'm not particularly attached to DS's clothes....
I used project repat for a sorority blanket and was a nervous wreck until I got the finished product back. I would use them again for baby clothes. It's not a quilt, but a fleece-backed blanket which I prefer to a quilt. Looks like they start at $110 on their website for a twin size.
I've been really pleased with how my sorority one turned out and I use it all the time.
This whole thing made me want to start collecting baby clothes after my DD outgrows them and have my step mother do it. She is a quilt artist. But then I would have to kiss her ass and I don't wanna!

I really want to have this done with L's baby clothes. My mom offered to do it but she is so flaky when it comes to making stuff. She was supposed to make Christmas stocking for us and never did.
I had the girls' baptism dresses made from my wedding dress by Lianne at Fairy Godmother creations. I will be having her make a quilt when I get around to actually sorting the clothes and sending them off.

Not to hijack the thread but how hard was the process if you are out of town from her? I've been looking at doing the same thing with my wedding gown for the last few weeks.

It was super easy. She is in OH and I'm in MA. She has an online order form and I emailed with her to discuss details (I was having two dresses made for twins from one wedding dress). Then I shipped everything off to her and she kept me updated with emails and pictures of the progress. Then she let me know when she mailed the dresses. It was a great experience and why I want to use her again for the quilts.
I don't want a whole quilt, but I plan to have some quilted pillow covers made out of the girls' clothes. A friend loaned us all of her kids' clothes for years, so I plan to have her some made as well as a thank you.
A non local friend who is a talented quilter is going to make them.
I had one made of Caramini's baby clothes. I used this seller on Etsy. She was awesome and I thought her pricing was fair for the amount of work that when into it.
