The good: nice massage on Friday, longhorns won their first football game of the season, I got drunk.
The bad: Went to RedBox hoping to get the Hunger Games on DVD but it was out. Ended up with 21 Jump Street instead, but that was still good so it wasn't totally bad.
The brag: Made some German Potato Salad to take to the pool party and it ALL got eaten! I love when that happens
Best thing to go in your mouth: banana split with strawberries instead of cherries.
The good: Spending Saturday with my family The bad: A lack of alcohol of Sunday - Poo The brag: My house is SPOTLESS!! Best thing to go in your mouth Giggity.
The good: I had an overall fantastic weekend. We got almost 30 people at our party on Sunday...and I sent out an email invite Friday afternoon. I love having a ton of friends close by!
The bad: Nothing.
The brag: I have the most loving, generous, thoughtful husband ever.
Best thing I ate: My friend brought an amazing buffalo chicken dip to the party.
The good: Spending the whole weekend just the two of us and away from home. A win-win!
The bad: Coming back home to mandatory OT and MH being gone for the week.
The brag: I got my Coast to Coast race challenge medal!!
Best thing to go in your mouth: I'm sure it wasn't really that good, but we ate pizza in bed after the half marathon and it tasted like the best thing of my whole life. I'm sure today I would not feel the same way.

The good: Drove to Colorado and saw my brother and SIL, met their cute three legged dog. Spent the morning in Boulder, visiting aerial studios and cute shops, had amazing greek food and toured the Celestial Seasonings factory, then went back home to do a brewery tour. Got tipsy and went out for sushi and an udon bowl, then watched some Master Chef. Next day was a lot of fun too. Tie dye, visits to the shelter puppies, baking cupcakes, playing video games, ice cream runs. It was all amazing.
The bad: My car CD player died in Wyoming, like an hour into my drive. You know what plays in Wyoming? Shitty, depressing country music.
The brag: My tie dye came out AWESOME. (As did my cupcakes.) I'll post pictures later.
Best thing to go in your mouth: The very best was maybe my "build-your-own" bowl with teriyaki, udon noodles, chicken, and veggies, or the falafel pita sandwich. Ohhh so good.
