oh crap. I've had my eye on these, but didn't want to pay for them. I was going to splurge if/when we had #2. but for $99... it even has the print I want (charcoal roses).
my husband just may kill me if I buy one of these things...
pugznamasteak and I can attest that the BFF is awesome! I LOVE mine, perfect size for a PTed toddler/preschooler and a baby. Extremely well made, durable, lots of open and zippered pockets, can wear it 3 ways, comfortable, wipes clean, I could go on and on. It's honestly one of my favorite things. I'm happy to answer questions that anyone has!
I also just got a Be Quick like swizz has, and it is a great size for a quick trip out, a few diapers and wipes. I keep mine in the back pocket of my BFF, so when I go someplace without the kids, I just grab my wallet/keys/etc from my BFF and throw it in the Be Quick and go.

See my post above, it really is a great bag. I LOVE mine. I paid $150 new off amazon for mine, I have The Countess print.
I'm just wondering if it's worth it now that E is almost a year. While I think we're about 60% sure we're having #2, there's the 40% chance that we don't.
I do feel like his current diaper bag (JJ Cole satchel) is overstuffed when we take a day trip out of town. Mostly full of toys to try to keep him entertained.
edit: tell me more about these Be Quick bags. I have a skip hop changing station that holds 3-4 diapers, wipes and a small tube of butt paste. it will hold my keys and phone, but not my wallet.

This would be perfect for a day trip with an older baby/young toddler.
swizz, I don't use the changing pad either (which grosses DH out but whatever). if they're as cheap as you say on Prime, maybe I could just get the BFF, and see how the Skip Hop thingy fits in with the whole thing, and maybe get a Be Quick bag later...
I am almost talked into this bag. it is sitting in my cart.
I have a Skip Hop Duo from DS I was going to reuse. This is very tempting. I'm wondering about just getting a Be Quick and clipping it to the Duo for longer outings.
I'm torn on whether I need a $100 bag that mostly gets used while I'm on maternity leave. Once I go back to work, weekend day trips usually require multiple bags anyway for DS's toys and whatever else we may need. I can't imagine how much crap we'll have after adding the baby. Unless this BFF is just THAT big...?
Here is my BFF packed with my everyday stuff. I normally don't keep the wallet in the "mommy pocket" but it's there to show how big the pocket is
Interior pocket with a quick at the bottom and still lots of room. The quick has a change of clothes for each kid. Left inside pocket has snacks, the back zipperered pockets have my stuff and the other has wet wipes/boogie wipes/Clorox wipes. The 2 back unzippered pockets each have a buttipod w/ wipes and 2 size 5 diapers. The zippered pocket on the fold down flap has little toys and books.
Holy crap namasteak, that holds a lot! It looks like the way it opens makes it much easier to find stuff. My duo seems to have a black hole at the bottom.

Yes and yes!
I also really like that I can wear it several ways (including as a backpack).
To make this more useful for longer, because I'm cheap :-) Could this work as a pump bag when I go back to work? Seems big enough. And I don't even have to transport the pump. Just tubes, parts, and bottles.
I need another Be Quick. I won one at Mommycon, and apparently it became a super popular, out of stock print, so I sold it on eBay for $80 a couple weeks ago, LOL.
Yay pooh8402 , you won't regret it! I hope these pics work, let me know if they don't show. Here's my BFF in The Countess print. I have a travel pack of wipes in one outer bottle pocket, and DD's sippy cup in the other.
Front "mommy pocket." My medium-sized green wallet in the main portion. The open pouch in the front left of the photo is designed for sunglasses, but I don't wear any so I keep my tube-shaped stuff in there (two travel tubes of painkillers, pen, small flashlight, and Chapstick). Front right open pocket is my checkbook, tissues, and DS's game phone (my old iphone). Back pockets are hand sanitizer, usually a granola bar (just ate that yesterday), and glasses lens wipes.
Main compartment for the kids. The front flap opens OUT, so you can actually SEE what's in the bag. I LOVE that! 8 diapers in the back pockets, there's also zippered pockets BEHIND those which I use for little stuff (Band Aids, Neosporin spray, dog poop bags for dirty diapers). Right open pocket is disposable bibs for DD. Left open pocket is DS's inhaler and a few matchbox cars. The main area is a snack cup, change of clothes and hat for DD, extra underwear for DS, and a few toys for DD.
Back open pocket, where I keep the changing pad that comes with the BFF, and my new Be Quick. Which as namasteak said is deceptively large. When I go places without the kids (like the doctor), I grab my wallet, keys, and stuff out of the BFF and throw them into the Be Quick and go. The Be Quick strap can go the length of the bag as shown in the photo so you can throw it over your shoulder and it's RIGHT under your armpit. Or you can clip both sides of the strap to the same side ring and make a wristlet.
You guys are a bad influence. Or maybe good :-) Got the BFF and a Be Quick. DH suggested a diaper bag for Mother's Day but I didn't have anything in mind. So now I have it, lol
