What kind of a job? And what region of the country?
I'm not a fan of the pants, especially with that jacket. Do you have different pants? Or a skirt? Or maybe a dress that could go under the jacket?
If this is what you have and feel the most confident in, I certainly don't think it would prevent you from getting a job offer. I think it's important to feel good & confident than to follow all of the rules for interview attire. (FTR, I've never worn a suit to an interview, and have been offered a job after every one.)
ETA: Suit pants look good! Go rock that interview tomorrow! Good luck!

It's more that I don't want to freak my colleague out about my potentially leaving and if I come to work in a suit that'd be a huge tip off. My office is pretty casual so I want something that doesn't scream I'm part of a suit. I'll leave my jacket in the car, but I want the rest to look like what I usually wear to work.
The suit looks fabulous with the suit pants!! Do you normally wear leggings like that to (first photo) to work?
Yes, I've worn those to work before, . It's a pretty casual office, so I know they're not necessarily the norm, and I think I sometimes forget what is normal in an office that isn't casual.

Can you just change pants on the way to the interview? I've ducked into a restroom to change real quick when I didn't want coworkers to see me in interview clothing (and for me it would have been very obvious as I work a blue collar job).

I thought about that and if it was really an issue, I would. I'm going to wear the suit pants and floral shirt with a flyaway cardigan at the office, then put the jacket on when I get there. I'm overthinking things, I know.
