Who sells knit shorts like this?

What size? Children's Place has some "matchables" knit shorts for $2.99 but they only go down to size 4. For some reason, the toddler size matchables are mostly skorts.

Kohls has knit shorts for boys in the Jumping Beans stuff. I would think they would have girls shorts too.

DD has a pair from Crewcuts but they have a real drawstring so not great for 3-4yo

Gymboree, Walmart, Lands End. Do you have a store like Once Upon a Child near you. I have bought so many shorts there for $2 or less.
