I've always assumed that she films most of her videos on the same day or over the weekends and it just seems like he's always around. I thought she's mentioned he's an engineer before though. I could be wrong, I still love her though.

Tati is really driving me nuts lately. She reviews products for a series on her channel about weird or unusual products, and half the time she doesn't do it right, and then when she gets called out, she has a total snapchat meltdown. Same goes for the hot or not episode she did on MAC's vibe tribe collection. Girl, you do nothing but play with makeup all day. HOW did you not know there's a controversy around this collection? Do your fucking research, this is your job. Again, she had another crying snapchat meltdown and disabled all comments on that video. I used to like her tutorials and things, but she hasn't done one of those in months, and it's clear she really only favors the higher end brands anymore so I'm kind of over her.
"This prick is asking for someone here to bring him to task Somebody give me some dirt on this vacuous mass so we can at last unmask him I'll pull the trigger on it, someone load the gun and cock it While we were all watching, he got Washington in his pocket."

I don't follow western beauty channels. What's the controversy over MAC's vibe tribe?

The packaging was very clearly Native American inspired design and colors and they refused to acknowledge that they were appropriating the culture. They instead insisted it was inspired by music festivals. But if you look at the ad photos, people are wearing tribal tattoos - I mean, MAC could just own it, right?
And it surprised me that Tati said nothing about it because when temptalia reviewed the collection several weeks prior, she brought it up and acknowledged the controversy, and refinery 29 had an article about it - it surprised me that Tati isn't checking other websites. She's clearly watching other people's YouTube videos, so it's interesting that she's just not doing her homework at all.

This isn't the first time for MAC and I can't believe that they keep doing this. Their Rodarte colab really turned me away from them.

I spent some time last night watching the video Stephanie Nicole made about Jeffree Star and I had no idea about some of the controversy because I've only just recently gotten into watching the gurus, but this absolutely turned me off of him.

Someone tell me the synopsis of the video on Jeffree Starr!
Jeff is always going in on someone. The most recent one is that a beauty vlogger named Rockyroadkill picked up one of Jeffo's highlighters at dragcon and was super excited to try it and review it. He opened it up, and the product was a crumbly mess - I guess it had gotten damaged somehow. So Rocky reached out to Jeff's customer service people to see about getting a replacement and they were all "sorry about your luck."
Rocky makes a youtube video explaining this, and apparently some of Jefe's minions went running to him to say someone was slandering his product so he went IN on Rocky's comment section and bitched him out, without bothering to watch the video. That comment was deleted but was like "You didn't reach out to me or my people, you just made a video to talk shit" and when people were like "uh, girl, he tried," Jeff was all "Oh sorry, people got in my ear" and then he deleted that one too. SO basically, he was a total shithead, then offered a non-apology and said the video title was clickbait. This is the most recent in a long line of bullying tactics, which are all also outlined in the stephanienicole video. Jeff Jefferson needs to chill out before popping off.

I couldn't get through Nicole's video. She inserted herself right into that drama for no real reason. I don't like that.
You should just to see what he's done over the years. I mean, he made a video skit where he jokes about splashing acid on a WOC's face so that her skintone lightens up to match her foundation.

I think it's important for bloggers to speak up when they see other "gurus" bullying anyone who dares call them out or disagree with them on anything. It should be okay to say "hey your contour is looking a little severe today" without worrying about that guru and all of their faithful followers telling you that you're a heinous ugly nobody. So I appreciate that kind of shit getting called out.
