I broke my collar bone a few years ago and cannot get straps to stay on. I also apparently have narrow-ish shoulders and huge boobs. I look for bras that have the straps closer together on the back. If you look at the back on this one, you can see the straps are closer set.
Me! Every once in a while I get them adjusted just right and they won't fall down. I have a couple of bras that have elastic in the straps which stay up really well.
Racerback forever. I have slopey shoulders and nothing stays on, I now have 4 racerback from VS that I love. I can't always wear them it depends on the cut of the shirt but I'm always happier when I can.
This would indicate that your band is too big. I'd get fitted again, preferably at a specialty bra store.
I've tried a 32 band before and it's physically painful. Even if that's the "right" size, it's SOO very uncomfortable.
It wouldn't be terrible to try again I suppose.
You could try getting a band extender to wear temporarily while you break it in. Bras stretch out pretty quickly but it absolutely sucks when they hurt.

My 34 is tight but they do stretch. I use an extender for a month or two before they stretch and then they are perfect. Sometimes I will wear them for a few hours before they become painful and then switch to an old one to help stretch. 36 is really to big for me
