I have recently lost a good bit of weight... I have went from a 30/32 women's to now a 22 women's. I am young and have always shopped at big women's store aka Avenue, Lane Bryant, Catherine's. Now that I am this size I find that a lot of the clothes fit me like a bag. They do not give me much shape. Is there any website's anyone can suggest for me to try. I live in a tiny town of nothing... Thanks in advance.
I have a horrible time finding clothes and have the same problem as you with fit. The only store I love is Talbots, but they are expensive. Their clothes are tailored very well though and they also have plus size petites, which fit me best.
I have quite a few dresses from avenue that I love, but you just have to be careful about cut. They usually have some wrap dresses and a line dresses with empire waist and these are very flattering.
congrats on losing the weight. that is wonderful. i've heard some good things about eloqui, which is part of The Limited. You can also try Dress Barn. I've seen cute stuff on their website before.
Blonde - I have never heard of torrid or evansusa I will look at both tonight. Thanks for the recommendations. Since I have been lurking here I have heard of Nordstrom but never thought to look myself. Thank You for you input I appreciate it.
GoDawgs - I have just this weekend bought two dresses from Avenue but I am still getting into the hang of wearing dresses. I do love both of them though. As far as Talbots, I had not ever seen a store or heard of them. If the quality is good then I may can justify the price. I try to be gentle on clothes so they will last a while hopefully.

Talbot's is very high quality - like an item can last you 10 years if you want it to. They carry nice, classic clothes. It's where I get 90% of my work clothes (suits, pencil skirts, blouses, etc).
I also forgot about Macy's. I find cute things there fairly often.
