Makeup help for an amateur

I do my makeup daily, but I only use a few items. This is what my everyday looks like.

Bare Minerals - Golden Medium Foundation,
Nars Orgasm Blush,
Urban Decay Blunt eyeshadow,
Brown Eyeliner
Lash Blast mascara
Revlon Peach parfait lip butter.

I don't own any kind of eyeshadow brushes and I have the NAKED palate, but it was overwhelming and I don't want to have try out 4 different colors at one time every morning.

I love Blake Lively's makeup, but have no idea what colors to use and Sephora is so scary for me. How do you find out what colors you need? Can I just give them a picture? LOL. I put eyeshadow on with my finger. I need some help, I just dont want it to take longer than 5-10 min to create. Is this doable???
