Hi Guys! My team is planning to do a team building event in Sept and we're looking for ideas. It doesn't need to be like ropes courses or trust falls, just something fun to do as a group. The last 2 years they did Kimball Farms and a lockout room in Boston (I'm bummed I missed that!). The only idea I've had so far is bowling at Kings. Any other fun things you can recommend? Company is in Billerica so either north of Boston or in Boston is good. Thx!

We do these every year, and the best was the scavenger hunt/tour of the North end followed by a cooking class and lunch at Taranta. (We did this two years in a row, actually.)
We've done Kimball farm, and we did Kings one year- that was fun, and there's the one in Lynnfield now, so that would be close. We've also rented out Sacco in Davis for pizza and bowling, took a cruise on the river (which I don't recommend, because then you're stuck there, ha), and did F1 racing. Last year, we did a scavenger hunt at the Museum of Science.

The company I've been working at arranges great team building activities that are aimed not only to increase communication among our staff members, but also help us get great memories. For the last time we cooperated with the guys from proektainc who did their best to increase our team's productivity, build trust, and improve communication and teamwork.
