I watched it for a few years and don't remember them making contestants fix "flaws" like that in future seasons.

Elise took some awesome pictures, as I recall. She has a snake around her neck in one? And readily agrees to the naked diamond shoot? She was kinda a snot about modeling but I really liked her pictures.

One of the early seasons (maybe 3?) they had the girls publicly weigh in on the first show after the contestants were determined. One of the girls weighed like 130 or 140 pounds and they RIPPED HER APART. And then she got cut first. Her name was Brita, and she was gorgeous. I watched it on Amazon about a year ago and I couldn't believe it. I remembered them giving her shit about her weight when I watched it years ago but it was so much worse than I remembered.

Now they "praise" girls who have a gap between their front teeth and other competitors see it as an advantage.  ETA: not the first season, but the one with Joanie I think (where they always talked about her "snaggletooth").

Dani refused to close her gap completely, though. She just narrowed it. I loved her for that.

Oh man, I need to go back and rewatch it. I totally remember the spread eagle Brazilian. I used to watch the reruns on marathon with my MIL, and we'd laugh hilariously at how seriously Tyra took herself.

Yes! Do you remember the All Stars cycle, a season or two before they started having guys I think. In the final four Tyra made them act out a bunch of scenes from the book, as a promo for its release, and then I had to read it. LOL!

It's pretty long too, maybe 600 pages, and setup for a sequel. I'm skeptical that the sequel will ever be written though, and the first was so horrible and funny and horribly funny in ways I can't describe that this actually disappoints me greatly.

So I read this and thought "huh, I didnt know she had a blog" so I googled her name thinking it would pop up.

I remember this, too. Unfortunately the only time I recall seeing her in the news after the show is because that guy beat her.
