The only thing I might add is a green salad. I love salads with berries on them, and it would go with the theme!
Oh, I have an amazing poppyseed dressing recipes for this. Romaine lettuce, Monterey Jack cheese, strawberries, and pecans, with poppyseed dressing. It is delicious. I will post the recipe if you want it later. We also sometimes use green apples instead of strawberries and sunflower kernels instead of pecans.

I don't think you are missing anything but a few thoughts
does the fruit need to be on skewers, is that just more work for yourself (or does Costco skewer them)
now take this for what it's worth (from a girl who worked "apple" into everything and turns out we were on a peach orchard)
I kind of think you can develop the berry theme into the food a little bit more, and I also think you have very standard food there and I kind of want you to add something more exciting (though the strawberry peach sangria may just satisfy both of those "requirements" enough for me

Sub goat cheese for the MJ and you have my fave salad, lol.
Looks good! If you have any vegetarians coming (or pregnant women, who might not want to eat deli meat), make sure you have some vegetarian sandwiches.
