I would paint the headboard white. If she likes the green, I would probably paint the bottom part of the walls that color and the rest of the room white.

I would have to go get the color color matched.
I would pick a color as close to that as you can find and repaint over everything. Even if you get a color match, it's not going to be exactly the same. The entire room needs to be painted.

I'd repaint everything. Sorry. It's a cool room, though!
that was my plan! I don't love the green, and we will use the room when she is gone.
Oh, then I wouldn't go with green. Go with a neutral color you like on the walls and paint the ceiling white. You can do accents in her fave green color.

Ok so- this is going to be our exchange students room. Right now it's a cluster, please don't judge me. So opinions needed.
1- should I paint the headboard white? 2- the green happens to be her fav color and it was like this when we moved in, but it's like a damn circus tent the way they staggered it. Should I paint it all a light grey? Leave some of the green? Other ideas?
Actually I kind of like the color block treatment. I don't normally like it on clothing but this is such an oddly shaped space that it seems to work for me. Maybe I'd keep the color blocking but use a different green over th brown, since green is her favorite color.
I think a white headboard would look nice. Or yellow or fuschia for a pop of color, depending on her taste.

What? No. This is objectively hideous. Go with gray walls, bring in green as an accent color.
You can repaint the headboard if you want, I personally wouldn'y bother. The room looks crazy though, you don't want her to think you are crazy. I'd repaint it all a light mint green.

I already bought a really light grey! Now I think I need to paint the damn ceilings where they painted green. Ugh

Whatever you do paint the slanted walls all one color, something neutral. Our master is a converted attic room with similar walls and that design is busy on its own. No way should you add lots of color to it. It hurts to look at. I probably wouldn't bother painting the headboard. I like the wood.
