I have a navy blue and green skirt/dress from Gap and I am not sure what top to pair it with when I want to wear it as a skirt . Any suggestions ?

No idea, but you just blew my mind. I had never heard of this concept (dress that turns into skirt and vice versa).

I love it ! I have another one that is not as loud ( for me) and I can wear it as a dress and as a skirt for work.
