I think I posted almost exactly this last time I was going on vacay, but I've now either read or put holds on most of what was recommended, and I need more! I have a week in a beach house next week!
I like the sexy NA stuff for fun vacay reads, but I'm open to whatever quick, attention grabbing stuff you guys want to recommend. Fluffy or deep, either way is cool.
I read all of the Losing It books in about a week, I stayed up way too late last night and almost finished On Dublin Street in about a day, I have The Start of Me and You all teed up in my kindle and I'm next on the hold list for Eight Hundred Grapes. Other books I've read and really enjoyed on vacay include The Kind Worth Killing and The Girl on the Train - so suspense is great too.
Quick and engrossing are my main criteria. And go!
I just finished a NA Trilogy that I enjoyed by Kristen Callihan. The first book was called The Hook Up. It centers around a couple of college football players. But it reads more like how Friday Night Lights is about football, but not really.
How did you like On Dublin Street? I got hooked on those books and read all of them (I think there's 6?) in like 2 weeks. I checked to see if my Kindle copies were lendable, but I don't think they are.
I'm all about fluffy/engrossing reads this summer. I've pretty much given up on anything that's not super action packed or full of hot sex scenes. That's about all my brain can handle these days.

So, I stayed up WAY too late last night and read almost all of it, so it definitely kept my attention and there was certainly something about it that I am into (two guesses what that might be ). I think I'm at about 91% or something. And I do want to read the rest of the books. But like all of these NA books I pick up, it's pretty predictable and the writing is not awesome. I can't decide if I'm into Brayden or if I completely hate him, either. He's just SO arrogant and that is a total turn off, no matter how hot he is. So far I think Colleen Hoover is the only NA author I've read who I think writes really well.
But I'm 100% happy to keep reading this stuff, and you have not steered me wrong so far, so keep the recommendations coming!

I'm in 100% agreement. Some of the characters are kind of jerks and I hate that I sometimes overlook it because they're hot and the other scenes are delectable. IIRC, Braydan is the most alpha male of the series.
Some of the NA books are definitely poor writing. But hey, so was Twilight, right? I did catch a few errors in the last book of the trilogy I just recommended, but the boys were tall and built and gorgeous and sexy and... and... so I overlooked it.
My favorite NA series is Stage Dive by Kylie Scott: first book is "Lick"
The Off-Campus series by Elle Kennedy is good NA: first book is "The Deal"
For non-series NA I really, really liked "Kane's Hell" by Elizabeth Finn (ignore the cheesy title/cover!)
My stupid library ebook system only has Lick as an audiobook; no ebook. I knew there was a reason I hadn't gotten to this series yet. It's $3.99 on amazon, though, so I think I'm just going to buy it. You guys have been talking about this series forever.
These other two are not in my library's ebook system.
