I told my BFF last time I saw her that I wish my BIL would divorce his wife and BFF's sister could be my new SIL. She would be a great SIL. I think they would make a good match.
I have so many work related confessions that I'm too scared to post because this isn't a safe place. My unwillingness (is that a word?) to post about work is a big part of the reason I haven't been posting as much. All of the interesting/exciting/crazy things in my life have been work related lately.
I don't think that's a confession. I'll try to think of a non-work related one. lol.
Here's a confession: Sometimes I think our board would work better as a secret Facebook group or something. I think a lot of us are hesitant to post controversial or personal things because we know that there are other eyes on us and we don't want to get roped into drama with other boards.
There is a girl at my church having "irish twins." I purchased her shower gift and had to figure out which registry to use by looking at the date of the shower verses the due dates because it's so confusing. That idea scares me. But....babies.
I know the point of confessions is to confess bad things, but I'm always scared I'll say something too bad and it will cross the line. But, I admit, I keep hoping someone else will report my extended family to DCFS so they'll be pushed to make better choices. I feel guilty saying that because they've come a long way already.
Oh here's another one. Some days when I have eaten really poorly, I take an extra vitamin in hopes that it will compensate for the damages.
I'm upset H's work trip got extended, I miss him so much! I'm kinda enjoying the time alone today. I can watch whatever I want on tv. My house is clean and will remain clean until the tornado I call H is home. Plus I'm get to cook meals I don't get to make when he is home. After the week from hell at work, it's so nice right now.

Confession: I get really annoyed when I'm not notified in advance that a student will be involved in my medical appointments. A student did the majority of my ultrasound today, and not only was she awful but it took twice as long because her instructor had to come in and redo all of the stuff she missed and/or did wrong. She kept telling me to hold my breath over and over again, to the point where I almost had a panic attack. If they told me in advance, it would give me time to either be prepared or request to not have a student.
I have a good one. My sister-in-law forgot she had her gun in her purse. Yeah TSA is now the proud owner of her gun after she tried to take it through airport security. I had to snicker....i'm going to need to pray for forgiveness for that one.

HOW DO YOU FORGET THAT YOUR GUN IS IN YOUR PURSE?
Right??? Omg. My sister did once forget a tiny knife in her briefcase but she is a knife distributer and had verification to prove that. They let her ship the knife home. Even that I was like, how do you just forget? No offense MrsMB but I'm glad her gun was taken. Anyone who freaking forgets they have it in their purse shouldn't own it ever.
