I have RLS and it HURTS at night. Some nights are worse than others, but usually it keeps me up for a couple of hours in the early early AM (12-3am). My next OB apt is in 2.5 weeks, but I could email the nurse and ask her what I can do. From my limited google research there doesnt seem like a lot I can do. I did go to the gym on Monday and Monday night was the WORST of them all.

I have it when not pregnant and it's worse when I am pregnant. I can get some relief with stretching. Lots of hamstring and calf stretches. It's also better when I do yoga.
My mom has it really bad and takes a pill for it. I'm not sure what pill it is or if it is safe in pregnancy.
Yes, drinking more water seemed to help me. I think it was more about me being a bit dehydrated, I could never keep up with the water while PG. or while BF it turns out. So much water!!
