You can make a ton of pancakes. We freeze the leftovers in bags. When we are ready for them in the AM or for Breakfast for dinner we bake them at 350 for 8 mins or so on a cookie sheet.
I am going to vote for red velvet cupcakes though. Martha has a great recipe!

UH...no, I believe it should also have some vinegar in it. I'm not from the South but as a foodie, that's what's so unique about it.
