I love taking food tours because they allow me to orient myself in a new city and eat great food. With that in mind, I'd recommend Tastebud Food Tour. It was a lot of fun!
I really enjoyed walking all over the French Quarter and the Garden District. We didn't do this on our last visit but eventually I'd like to go to the WWII Museum.
Friday: lunch at Commander's Palace since M-F they have $0.25 martinis at lunch.
General recommendations:
Brunch at the Ruby Slipper - so good we went there twice! Jazz at Snug Harbor Dinner at Jacque Imo's and Cochon Cafe du Monde Gator tour Carousel Bar (has to be your first drink of the night.)

Ditto the Carousel Bar recommendation.
I had a really good dinners at Cafe Amelie and GW Fins. Have a hand granade at Tropical Isle, and hurricanes at Pat O'Briens. Do either the martini lunch or jazz brunch at Commander's Palace (I have done the jazz brunch and it was fantastic!).

YAASSS. Can't believe I forgot Pat O's. Go to the piano bar and yes, get a hurricane. I loved it so much.
