I'm trying to be better. I've finally divided my Pinterest recipes into main dishes, side dishes, desserts, etc.
-Sausage, egg, and cheese breakfast casserole already made this evening and in the fridge -Broccoli, potato, and cheese soup - new recipe I'm trying! -Grilled pork and mashed potatoes with sweet corn hush puppies -Pepperoni "pizza" sliders
Mon- Pasta Bolegnese w homemade pasta sauce with garden produce from MIL. Tue- date night out Wed- peppercorn pork loin, roasted veggies Thu- smoothies and grilled cheese Fri- at a party with a Taco truck!

Ok you guys are making me look bad:
Tonight: chicken salad with leftover chicken Tuesday: leftover pasta and meat sauce Wednesday: crockpot chicken over rice with corn, beans, salsa, and sour cream (it is our homemade chipotle) Thursday: light chicken carbonara witj leftover chicken Friday: we go to my parents Weekend: wing it
garlic lemon tilapia, rice, salad x2 turkey meatloaf, baked potato, fresh corn on the cob MIL grew x2
I have a big pack of chicken breasts I'm going to thaw out. I'll make several things from them. -chicken cassarole -baked chicken strips and whatever else I decide
part of that will go in the freezer (I'll put at least 1 8x8 cassarole in the freezer) and part we will eat on now.
Trying to work with what I have around again. I'm out of hamburger so I need to restock on meat but want to clear some freezer space first.
Last night: grilled London broil, loaded mashed potatoes, steamed sugar snap peas. Tonight: I took out ground beef. Maybe Salisbury steak meatballs Wednesday: leftover eggplant parm, pasta, salad Thursday: grilled chicken, veggie, mashed sweet potatoes Friday: not sure if I'm cooking for the fair standby. I may do some pulled pork, coleslaw and macaroni salad for the standby crew.
