My cousins and I are planning our big 30th birthday trip. There are 4 of us, 9 months apart from oldest to youngest I've narrowed down a few places based on the cost from our 4 different airports but I'd like to get some recs if anyone here has some. We'd like it to be adults only, if possible. Not a couples specific place since the boys are single but they will likely bring a friend. Cheaper is better. Clean rooms, pool, and lots of booze. Cities: San Juan Cancun Nassau Montego Bay
pantsparty because I remember you being well versed in all-inclusives.
We went to Secrets Wild Orchid in Montego Bay earlier this year and really enjoyed it. We were there for a wedding, and it was definitely not just for couples.
I had a great experience at Ibiro Star in Montego Bay... Definitely not for couples. One of the buildings (the least expensive) was definitely crawling with kids, but the middle and third buildings were not.
We flew into Cancun and took a transport to Riviera Maya. Stayed at Valentin Imperial Maya (VIM). Adults only, I thought it was affordable, there were groups of friends as well as couples.
There's the "lazy river" pool (not really a lazy river but the quieter, calmer pool) and the larger party pool. And the beach. Food was pretty good (many restaurants and bars).

Okay, the last couple of times I've gone we've stayed at Le Blanc, but if cheaper is better, it's not going to work for your group. I hear good things about Moon Palace. We've also stayed at the RIU Palace Las Americas in Cancun, which was pretty good, but it's been 5 years or so and I have no clue as to the current ratings. I know RIU has several resorts there and Palace Las Americas was one of the nicer ones, so it was a little less busy (read: less kids) but still a good time.
I would say any secrets resorts and we have stayed at The Royal in Playa del Carmen and it was amazing. It is also right in town. Playa is really cool town with great bars and restaurants.
Hard Rock - they have an adults only side and an all ages side. it's not couple-y and there's a nightclub that is open on weekends - fun pool games, etc. there is one in Cancun and one farther south in Puertas Aventuras.
The swingers places generally don't allow single guys - sorry.

Beaches Turks & Caicos was amazing, and I'm not really into AIs. Highly, highly recommend. Everything was wonderful. And my mom got an absurd deal on it, I bet you could find something similar since you always find great travel deals.
ETA: there were kids there, but they were hardly noticeable bc there's plenty of adult only areas and bars and restaurants. Plus some of the kid stuff is fun.

Breathless is a fun party atmosphere and there were lots of groups there. We went to the new Riviera Maya location this summer and loved it. Valentin was fun too. Secrets was kind of boring at night. Royal playa del Carmen is a great location to walk right to shopping, restaurants, and bars.
Now Jade in Puerto Morelo. Is about 20 minutes from the cancun airport and 15 minutes to Rivera Maya and Playa del Carmen. I was there last month with my dh and kids. They do have and adult only side which looked lovely, my dh and I are planning to go back by ourselves to stay on that side. We really enjoyed the food and the alchol was top notch.

I've stayed at the Valentin twice and love it there. Very nice resort.

This is our favorite adults only getaway. It's been mostly couples when we've stayed though.

We loved Secrets in Montego Bay. We went for our honeymoon and returned for a 2nd anniversary trip and had a wonderful experience both times.
The Riu Palace in Costa Rica was also amazing, though not on your most. We're hoping to go back to Costa Rica in the next couple of years. Absolutely beautiful.

I've stayed at RIU in Puerto Vallarta and it was decent. We stayed at Sandals Montego Bay and Sandals Regency la Toc in St. Lucia and they were both really nice. Food was good and people were nice. The St. Lucia one didn't have a private beach though.

My H & I went to Secrets Wild Orchid before DD was born. It was awesome! We've also stayed at Secrets Capri in Riviera Maya - also awesome! Highly recommend both resorts
Breathless! It's a very party atmosphere (sometimes a little risqué) lol, but is very fun and would be great for a group. It's adults only, and not super couples.
We went to the one in Punta Cana, but they also have one in Cancun I think and Jamaica. We loved it and want to go back with a group of friends it's the perfect place for that.
This may be our type of thing. Well, mostly 2 of them and the rest of us will be there as support

foam parties, champagne bar, all sorts of entertainment during the day. We were cracking up our first day because we thought we were back at Spring Break 04. Plenty of places to hide from it and awesome pools overlooking the ocean. Bars everywhere.

Wow. That sounds like a crazy time.
2 of my cousins are the party, drink til dawn type. Me and one cousin are laid back and like a good beer with some sun.

It would be perfect for that group! We've never been to a resort that had things going on as late as this one. Pools were open later, too. Night foam party in the pool one night, and there is a DJ booth hanging over the pool.
