What should I do with my hair? With PIP

I normally like it short.  Three years ago I let it grow and it got super long and I got tired and chopped it to medium length, then to a bob, then to a long pixie, then to a short pixie, then I hated it and have been growing it back since.  

Right now it looks like shit.  Air dried and all, as bad as it gets.  I'M going to the salon wednesday.  I hate hate hate growing my hair out, but I feel like the worst is done?




Here it is short a year ago.  I really loved that cut.  




Two years ago, after the first chop.  



Two years ago, super long.  




So, please vote on what I should do, and then I'll also ask my hair stylist and my hair colourist and my husband and my kids and my friends then I'll do whatever the hell I feel like.  If I chop it off, I'll probably keep it very blonde.  If I let it grow more, I'll add some lowlights.  TIA!

I think you look awesome with short hair. I actually like the length it is now, it could just use a bit of shaping up. A long pixie again would be great, too.

I get it. But your hair is great super short, so you have a good option there.

I love the short! I agree with ECB, that the long isn't as flattering but it maybe the color.

I totally get hating the in between. I cut my hair last year, and am now in the process of the grow out and my hair does not grow fast, at all.

Same here!!!!  It's like I feel that as a woman, I'm "supposed" to have longer hair.  Even though it's not what looks best on me!
