Usually by 2-3 nights she has gotten snot, drool, or something on them, so I change them. But she's a teething infant. Outside of that, a week seems totally fine to me, especially because my kid gets bedtime baths every night, so she's always freshly clean when we put the PJs on.
At home we usually do a fresh pair each night. When we travel I assume they'll wear them 2 nights in a row. If you bath your kids at night then you could probably get 3-4 wears out their PJs.
My kids want to wear them once. I'd like them to be worn 2-3 times.
This. They tend to disappear after night 1 into that pile of laundry they seem to hide under their beds, behind the doors, etc. When we vacation, I take a pair for every other night. And when I grab them, they'll get the same pair several nights in a row.

2-3 nights, unless we have PJ day (We have a house rule that you only have to get dressed if you leave the house), in which case PJ's are put in the wash at the end of the day and new PJ's are put on.
I don't want to admit how many times I wear my own PJs (camisole + shorts) before I wash them...

Ditto most OPs 2-3 times.
Lately, he's just been wearing a t shirt and shorts to bed, not PJs. We'll just let him sleep in his t shirt/shorts from the day. Or if we do new ones, he wears those to daycare the next day.
She'll wear them 2-3X on weekdays, since I get her dressed right away in the morning. Weekends she usually eats breakfast in her PJs and gets them dirty, so they go straight in the laundry.
Generally once, but she still wears a diaper at night and they always wind up smelling like wet stale diaper. I can't put them back in her drawer like that! But if they lay around on the floor all day she usually puts them on the next night. But no more than twice. But she has tons of pjs.
