Less than two years, but I used my goodreads numbers and I don't always put everything I intend to read on my to-read shelf. Plus that doesn't include random library picks and friend recommendations and books I haven't heard of yet.

It says 2 years 9 months for my Goodreads TBR list, though that does not take into account the size of the books or the material in the books -- some books take longer to get through than others or are harder to read than others.
And it doesn't take into account other books that may come out or any of the ebooks I have -- I only list physical books on my Goodreads TBR list. E-bboks are added only when I've started them.
It claims 4 years 7 months, but if I haven't ready my TBR pile in the past 4 years, it's not going to get read in the next 4 years.
Also, my TBR pile was a huge wild-ass guess that I made by taking my Goodreads list and padding it with a guess at the number of unread books in my house. But this doesn't take into account that this list isn't static (I add books every few days), or the roughly 22 books per year that I don't put on my Goodreads list because they are chosen on my behalf by my book clubs (which is nearly half of what I read in any given year).
I don't have that many books on my list at a time, but I constantly add to it. I'll fall to about twenty books then actively seek new books for the list.

It says 8 years and 6 months based on my Goodreads TBR list, but I don't think that includes everything on my bookshelf at home, nor everything that I don't know about. I do agree this also isn't a great guage, I might not read 20 books a year. Kinda neat to test though.
My answer is always that I will die before reading my TBR list - I have book buying/borrowing problems. I accept these problems and try to restrain myself!
Seriously, though, my TBR pile never shrinks because I add to it at about the same rate I read. So, I may have read all of the books currently in the list within 2 years but I'll still have a pile of the same size.
